National CVMA Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial Ride

May 24 – May 27, 2012

This memorial wall is the only one of its kind in the United States honoring the soldiers who died in the Middle East Conflicts from 1979 forward.

Social time (Thursday Evening May 24^th):

All day           Social time Hampton Inn – Headquarters Parking Lot

Guided Ride (Friday May 25^th):  Fox River Ride (Great 100 mile ride)

0930 Hrs      CVMA riders meeting (Mandatory briefing)

0945 Hrs      Bike Formation (HQ Parking Lot)

1000 Hrs      Wheels Turn

1630 Hrs      Return to hotel HQ

All day        Social time - HQ Parking Lot

Self-guided Rides (Friday May 25^th): Hand out mapped routes.

Anytime       Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (50 mile ride)

Anytime       Trips to local cycle shops (Willey World, Rick’s Cycles, & Conrad’s HD)

Anytime       MegaSports (Guns, Bows, Knives, Ammo, Rentals & Target Practice)

0815 Hrs      Bike Formation (HQ Parking Lot)

0830 Hrs      Wheels Turn - Motorcycle parade to La Salle (Staggered formation)

0945 Hrs      Gas and Go - Police escort to Veterans Home (Parade formation thru town)

1000 Hrs      LaSalle Veterans Home visitation

1115 Hrs      Police escort out of La Salle

1215 Hrs      Laying Wreath Ceremony at Memorial Wall

1330 Hrs      Wheels Turn to leave Memorial to selected destinations. (Lunch, Motel, etc.)

1345 Hrs      Lunch at Fat Daddyz and Boon Docks in Seneca, IL (Half at each location)

1515 Hrs      Wheels Turn - Group ride leaving Seneca from Fat Daddyz and Boon Docks

                      return to HQ

1615 Hrs      Return to HQ

All day        Social Time - HQ Parking Lot
